We are hiring for a Technology Lead role specializing in ASP.Net and ASP.Net Web API in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid). If you have strong backend expertise and experience building scalable systems, this is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role.
Role Details:
Job Title: Technology Lead | ASP.Net | ASP.Net Web API
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 34 days onsite)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Start Date: March 23, 2026
Experience: 7+ Years
Technical Skills:
Strong backend development experience using JavaScript, TypeScript, and design patterns
Experience in building RESTful and GraphQL APIs using Node.js
Hands-on experience with AWS (applications, CI/CD pipelines, databases)
Exposure to Gen AI for code generation, testing, and automation
Knowledge of React/React Native is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Design and build scalable, reliable distributed systems
Establish coding best practices and conduct code reviews
Enable CI/CD pipelines and release processes
Collaborate with DevOps teams for AWS deployments
Troubleshoot and resolve production and integration issues
Contribute to modern technology-driven solutions
