About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Automation Architect to design and lead scalable automation solutions. This role involves building robust frameworks, driving automation strategy, and mentoring teams to deliver high-quality, efficient testing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design scalable, reusable automation frameworks using UFT (UFT One / UFT Developer) with C#
Architect hybrid, keyword-driven, and data-driven automation frameworks
Develop reusable libraries, utilities, and common components
Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to automation teams
Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality and standards
Solve complex automation challenges including dynamic objects and performance issues
Define automation standards, coding guidelines, and version control strategies
Track automation effectiveness through metrics such as coverage and execution trends
Collaborate with QA, Development, DevOps, and Business teams
Coordinate with global teams for scalable delivery

Required Skills:

12+ years of experience in automation engineering
Strong expertise in UFT with C#
Proficiency in VB and Python
Experience in building enterprise-level automation frameworks
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with AI/ML in automation
Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, or TOSCA
Utility domain experience
