We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Dairy Farm Workers in Thurso to join our dynamic agricultural team. Responsibilities

Participating in herd management activities, including vaccinations and health checks.
Assisting with breeding programs and calf rearing.
Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment safely.
Recording milk production and animal health data efficiently.
Participating in farm tours and educational sessions to promote dairy farming.
Collaborating with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
Following all safety protocols and best practices on the farm.
Requirements
Previous experience in dairy farming or livestock handling is preferred.
Strong understanding of animal husbandry and care practices.
Ability to work long hours in various weather conditions.
Excellent physical stamina and strength for manual labor tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of farm machinery operations is a plus.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new farming techniques.
Dependability and punctuality are essential for the role.
A valid driver's license is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
