We are hiring International Customer Support & Sales Executives for a fast-growing global process.

This role involves handling customer queries, product pitching, upselling, cross-selling, and closing sales.

Job Role
Key Responsibilities
Handle international customer queries via chat and voice
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
Perform upselling and cross-selling
Close sales and achieve assigned targets
Maintain customer satisfaction and quality benchmarks
Follow process guidelines and meet KPIs

Eligibility Criteria
Graduates only (any stream)
Excellent spoken and written English
Comfortable with sales activities (upselling, cross-selling, closing)
International BPO experience preferred, not mandatory
Minimum 1-year experience required for the higher salary bracket
Comfortable with rotational shifts
