ComfiTrust is growing fast, and we are looking for an energetic Home Comfort Advisor to help homeowners upgrade to better heating and cooling systems across the Greater Boston area.

You will represent one of the most trusted HVAC solution providers in the region, offering premium systems, expert installation, and financing options that make home comfort simple and affordable.

This is a field sales role — you will meet customers in their homes, assess their needs, and close deals. We will provide you with leads, tools, and full technical training. You bring the drive, professionalism, and ability to earn trust face-to-face.

🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Meet with qualified homeowners to assess HVAC needs and present solutions.
- Educate customers on system options, rebates, and energy savings.
- Conduct in-home consultations while proactively generating new leads and identifying opportunities to expand ComfiTrust’s presence in the territory.
- Close deals and guide customers through financing or rental programs.
- Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
- Maintain accurate notes and updates in the CRM (Zoho CRM or similar).

🎯 What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of B2C sales experience (HVAC, home improvement, solar, telecom, or related industries preferred).
- Strong communication and people skills — you are comfortable leading conversations and building trust.
- Results-driven with a competitive edge — you want to win, not just participate.
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage your own schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle.

💰 Compensation and Perks
- Compensation: Flexible based on experience, uncapped commission — top performers earn $100K+
- Leads Provided: Warm homeowner appointments while proactively generating new leads and identifying opportunities
