Position Summary

We are looking for a driven and curious Business Development Associate (Entry-Level) who is keen to build a career in the Learning & Development (L&D) and corporate coaching space. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn the fundamentals of B2B sales and client engagement while working in a purpose-driven organization.


Key Responsibilities

Conduct research to identify potential enterprise clients and new business opportunities.
Support the business development team in establishing and maintaining relationships with HR, L&D, and leadership professionals.
Contribute to the creation of outreach strategies and assist in achieving revenue objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design proposals and tailored client solutions.
Participate in virtual or in-person presentations, product demos, and client discussions alongside senior colleagues.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of leads, pipelines, and interactions using CRM tools.
Stay updated on emerging trends in L&D, coaching, and employee well-being.


Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
Genuine interest in business development, sales, HR, or the learning industry.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and thrive in a fast-paced work setting.
Self-motivated, dependable, and open to feedback.
(Any prior internship or exposure to sales, HR, or L&D will be beneficial but is not mandatory.)


Preferred Candidate Profile



Some prior exposure or internship experience in business development, sales, or client relations especially in the healthcare environment is an added advantage.
Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
Comfortable adapting to evolving business needs and priorities.
Demonstrates initiative, resilience, and potential for leadership growth.
