Role Overview:
NCDPS is seeking a Service Support Analyst (Expert level) to provide advanced technical assistance, leadership, and support for enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in dynamic environments and the ability to manage complex technical operations while ensuring seamless end-user support.
This role aligns with positions such as Desktop Support Analyst and Help Desk Support Analyst, but requires deep expertise across multiple technologies.
Responsibilities:
Provide advanced technical assistance, support, and advice to end users for hardware, software, and enterprise systems.
Deliver hands-on and remote technical/functional assistance to both business and technical users.
Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues across hybrid infrastructure.
Work effectively in a highly dynamic environment where priorities shift frequently.
Required Skills & Experience:
Red Hat OpenShift Virtualization Minimum 3 years
AWS & Azure Cloud Platforms Minimum 2 years
ServiceNow Ticketing Process Minimum 2 years
Active Directory & Linux Administration Minimum 4 years
Strong ability to adapt and thrive in fast-changing environments
Expected Skills:
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to mentor peers.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Extensive industry experience with advanced technical knowledge.
