Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive HR Manager to lead our HR operations. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance, while driving HR strategies that support business growth and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
Develop and implement HR policies and strategies
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
Manage payroll, benefits, and performance management processes
Collaborate with leadership to meet staffing needs and drive HR projects

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in recruitment, HR operations, and policy development
Knowledge of labour laws, payroll, and compliance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in outsourcing/IT services preferred
Proficiency in HR software & MS Office
