🔍 What You’ll Do:
Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts using Solidity

Collaborate with frontend/backend teams to integrate on-chain logic

Write thorough unit and integration tests

Optimize gas usage and security of contracts

Participate in code reviews, audits, and upgrades

🛠 Requirements:
1+ years of Solidity development

Familiarity with Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains (e.g. Polygon, Arbitrum)

Experience with Hardhat, Foundry, or Truffle

Understanding of security patterns in smart contracts (reentrancy, overflow, etc.)

Git & collaborative development skills

💰 Compensation:
💸 Salary: $3,000–$5,000/month (test data)

🪙 Equity/Token options: Yes (test only)

🌍 Remote-first, async-friendly culture

✅ Bonus Points:
Experience with zk-rollups, Layer 2

Contributions to DeFi protocols or DAOs

Rust or Go knowledge
