1st Shift Electro Mechanical Technician needs 5+ years experience
Electro Mechanical Technician requires:
o Electro Mechanical Technician 3, Electrical Circuits, PLC, Electronic Circuits, Hydraulic, Pneumatic Circuits, Blueprints, Electrical Power, Water Distribution Systems
o 1st shift M-Th 5am-3pm
o Ability to utilize a computer to search for parts and enter work into a CMMS.
o Standing long period, sitting, manual dexterity, stooping, bending
o Pass physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
o Drug screen and background check
o Experience in designing minor electrical circuits and to test and troubleshoot electrical, PLC and electronic circuits used for the control of machines and equipment.
o Experience in troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
o Install electrical and electronic controls on machines and equipment by reading and interpreting schematics or blueprints.
o Must have knowledge of electrical power and water distribution systems.
o Must perform basic mechanical repairs.
o Interpret blueprints, work from sketches or verbal instructions.
Electro Mechanical Technician duties:
o Dismantle electrical machinery and replace defective electrical or mechanical parts such as brushes and armatures.
o Install and monitor performance of installed electrical equipment for hazards, adjustments, or replacement.
o Interpret blueprints, work from sketches or verbal instructions.
o Do lay outs, assembles, installs, tests, repairs, and adjust electrical fixtures, apparatus, equipment, wiring, and new services to include panels, breakers, and conduit.
o Mount motors, transformers, and lighting fixtures into position and complete circuits according to diagram specifications.
