Admin Lending Clerk PAYS $20/HR Phoenix, AZ

Experience with residential loans and servicing

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Quick learner and self-starter who can manage tasks independently.
Excels with remote meetings and training
Clerical Lending Clerk duties:
Review loan documents for accuracy and completeness.
Ensure all parts of loan agreements are correctly entered into the system.
Manage residential loan mortgage booking and modifications and servicing
Handle high volumes of loan booking tasks
Track GL entries for loan bookings and fee collection
Perform quality control checks on loan servicing processes/entries.
Participate in remote meetings and training sessions.
