CNC Machinist - Akron, Ohio - JOB #25-01375


Salary Range: $25.00 to $33.00/Hr. – Permanent Position / Benefits

DESCRIPTION:


Akron, Ohio area Manufacturing Company seeks to hire an experienced CNC Machinist to set up and operate CNC Mills and Lathes.



REQUIREMENTS:


High School, GED, Trade School, Vocational School, Technical School, CNC Machinist Training with a Diploma or Certificate with a minimum of (2) years of hands-on experience operating a CNC Mill and/or Lathe.


Able to read and understand blueprints and technical specifications, follow verbal and written work instructions.


Edit CNC paths and speeds (CNC programming is a plus).


Familiar with G Codes, Fanuc Controls (Macro B is a plus), edit CNC paths and speeds and feeds for lathes.


Properly use and interpret micrometers, bore gages, calipers, and other measuring equipment.


Understanding lean principals preferred.
