Architectural Drafter - Cleveland, Ohio JOB #25-01105


Salary Range: $20.00 to $30.00/Hr. - Permanent Position / Benefits


DESCRIPTION:


Cleveland Architectural Firm seeks an experience Architectural Drafter to assist on a variety of Architectural Retail Projects; Big Box, Retail Centers, and Strip Malls.


REQUIREMENTS:


Associate or Bachelor's degree in Architecture Design and Drafting is Preferred!


AutoCAD and Revit software experience.


A minimum of (1) year of Architectural Drafting / Design experience for retail projects such as Big Bix, Retail Centers, Strip Malls and/or gymnasiums is a plus.


Must have experience doing production work; red lining, layout, BOM's, Ceiling & Floor Plans, Elevations, and follow direction from Architects & Team Leaders.


Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)


Solid verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
