We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests and clients in a warm and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
Manage the front desk and maintain a tidy reception area
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) required
12 years experience in a similar receptionist or front desk role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
