Job Description:

• As this job will gather and meet with possible clients, the business development executive will focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management.
• The business development executive will be in charge of researching client referrals, networks, and online leads, as well as providing prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed and work with customers to develop solutions that meet their requirements and provide advice throughout the sales process

Responsibilities

• Identifying, qualifying, and obtaining new business prospects; managing business development operations; and designing tailored targeted sales strategies
• Present the features and benefits of our services to prospective Clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with leads by providing relevant information, answering questions, and addressing their needs or concerns.
• Monitor the progress of leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to conversion
• Develop and implement effective sales strategy to achieve targets and maximize revenue growth. This may involve creating tailored proposal and negotiating contracts.
• Creating and maintaining a prospect client list/database; keeping a database of potential client information (CRM, Excel, etc.)
• Making numerous outbound calls to new prospects; cold calling completing deals and assisting clients with the closing procedure
• Using CRM software to keep track of all sales administration
• Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline activity and market insights to management.

Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, marketing or related field (preferred)
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Result-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales target
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-faced environment
