Position: Product Owner



Type: Contract


As part of their role on a product team, a successful Product Owner should
fulfill the following duties and responsibilities:

? Experience in developing Data and Analytics driven Insights

? Experience working with AI models to develop Insights is highly
desirable

? Collaborating with prospective users to understand and anticipate
their needs and translate them into product requirements.

? Defining requirements where the product is a platform.

? Writing and owning user story definition and providing technical
information for the development teams

? Technical expertise to communicate with the users of the product
and the members of the development teams who build the products for the
users of the platform.

? Understanding user needs, and personas and explaining the grooming
the requirement to the development team

? Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and
development

? Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the
process

? Liaising with the product team, developers, and end-users to
deliver updates.

? Participating in Scrum meetings, PI Planning, sprint planning

? Communicate to close gaps between engineering teams and business.



Ideal qualifications:

? Experience as a product owner for a complex system in an agile
environment

? Expertise in owning user story definition, grooming, and closing
gaps between business and dev teams

? Technical background, ability to work with cross-functional
technical teams.

? Expertise in Agile methodology, JIRA, Confluence

? Experience of SAFe methodology

? Commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced
environment with minimal supervision.
