Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a great opportunity to utilize your communication skills and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and interactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system

Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus)
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
