PeopleReady ofOxnard, CA is now hiring Flaggers! As a Flagger, you will control vehicle traffic by notifying drivers of the need for reduced speeds or restricted lane flow on roadways, parking lot or construction sites.

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $17 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Flagger:

• Direct traffic and ensure the safety of workers, pedestrians, and motorists in construction zones
• Set up and maintain work zones, including placing signs, cones, and barricades
• Communicate with coworkers and drivers using hand signals or radios
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to minimize risks
• Monitor traffic flow and adjust traffic control devices as needed
• Report any incidents or issues to supervisors

Job requirements:

• Drug Screen
• Available to work overtime as needeed
• Available to travel throughout Central and Southern California with no time or schedule restrictions
