continually growing, evolving, and expanding. We are looking for a full-time Assistant Manager of Operations who is eager to learn and grow with our amazing company.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Processing orders daily via different marketplaces and shipping platforms
- Maintaining our inventory online
- Scheduling box kitting for monthly recurring subscription orders
- Communicate with vendors to project and order inventory for the quarter/year
- Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer to create and execute daily processes and supply chain flow
- Responding to customers via email, phone, chat

Job Requirements:
- Eager to learn
- Meticulous
- Proficient multitasker
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Positive outlook and good energy
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and navigating on a PC computer
- An understanding of systems and the workflow of online retail operations
- Minimum of a HS diploma with previous professional work experience relevant to the skills needed
