Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. The paralegal will work closely with attorneys to assist with case preparation, research, and document management.


Responsibilities:

· Assist attorneys with case preparation and research
· Conduct legal research and compile data from various sources
· Draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, and correspondence
· Organize and maintain legal files and documents
· Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other legal professionals
· Provide administrative support to attorneys, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.


Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate
· 5+ years of experience working as a paralegal
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
