Job Title: Personal Assistant to Business Owner

Location: San Diego, California


Needing personal assistant located in sunny San Diego, California! As a personal assistant to the business owner, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our business.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the business owner's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and correspondence for the business owner.
- Maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Conduct research on various topics and compile information for decision-making purposes.
- Handle personal tasks and errands for the business owner as required.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives or business owners.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations with grace.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required.
