Position Overview:Abratax is seeking a highly motivated and analytical Performance Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Performance Analyst, you will play a critical role in analysing and optimising the performance of our products and services, driving continuous improvement and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of Abratax's products and services.

Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in performance data, providing insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track and communicate performance metrics to stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer support, and sales, to identify performance improvement opportunities and implement solutions.

Conduct ad-hoc analyses and deep dives into performance data to answer specific business questions and support decision-making.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance analysis and optimization.

Requirements:

Proven experience in performance analysis, data analysis, or related roles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.

Previous experience in Google Analytics 4 in particular.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate
technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the technology or software industry.

Knowledge of tax regulations and financial systems.
