Organizational Change Management Lead (CaaS Implementation) Remote

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive change management plan, encompassing communication, training, and stakeholder support strategies.
Identify and engage stakeholders impacted by changes, ensuring understanding and garnering support.
Execute effective communication strategies to convey changes and their benefits to stakeholders.
Lead training and support efforts to facilitate stakeholder adaptation to new processes, technologies, and structures.
Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies, adjusting as needed
Qualifications:
Preferred skills include expertise in Organizational Change Management, Training, Contact Centers, CCaaS, Genesys, Genesys Cloud, and Utilities.
Previous experience in change management and stakeholder engagement is essential, along with strong communication and training abilities.
Familiarity with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and Genesys Cloud is advantageous.
The role offers flexibility, with the majority of work being remote, but requires availability for occasional onsite visits (2 days per month
