We are seeking an experienced Telecaller to join our dynamic Advertising Agency team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the advertising industry. In addition to excellent communication skills, the candidate must also bring along their own extensive database for calling.
Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database, introducing our advertising services and identifying business opportunities.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their advertising needs, and offering suitable solutions.
Database Management: Utilize and manage the provided database effectively, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for targeted calling.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through effective telecalling and relationship-building efforts.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the agency's advertising services and products to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential clients.
Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback on market trends, client preferences, and competitor activities. Generate and submit detailed reports on call activities, outcomes, and sales results.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and contribute to overall business objectives.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller in an Advertising Agency.
Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a telecalling role.
Database: Must bring along a comprehensive and well-maintained database for effective calling.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different client needs, market conditions, and industry trends.
Self-Motivated: A self-starter with a proactive attitude towards achieving goals.
