Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Customer Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the growth and the satisfaction of new and existing clients
- Attend trainings to enhance your skills and to better assist your clients and your team
- Work diligently towards your company paid state and federal licensing
Customer Support:
- Stay up-to-date on our financial products, services, and industry trends.
Educate clients on various financial solutions to help them make informed decisions.
Transaction Processing:
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and secure transaction processing.
Compliance:
- Adhere to regulatory guidelines and company policies in all customer interactions.
Ensure that customers are aware of and understand compliance requirements.
Problem Resolution:
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex customer issues, working closely with internal teams to find effective solutions.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate channels while keeping the customer informed of the progress.
Relationship Building:
- Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and a customer-centric approach.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell financial products based on customer needs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service within the financial industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance.
