The Billing Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely invoicing.
Responsibilities:
-Review driver log sheets and compare them with orders in the logistics system.
-Ensure accuracy of driver tickets in the logistics system and transfer finalized orders to the billing system.
-Verify orders from the logistics system in the billing system, updating pricing on invoices as needed.
-Invoice and print approved invoices.
-Create manual invoices for non-system generated activities.
-Respond to customer inquiries about delivery amounts and charges on prior invoices via email or phone.

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
-Organized with attention to detail.
-Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
-Analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to prioritize tasks.
-Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
-Experience with customer relationship management systems preferred.
