WANTED: Lead Generation Specialist with a Flair for Social Sales
Baker Ing, an international leader in receivables management, is seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our next growth phase. This role demands a savvy blend of sales acumen and innovative social sales techniques, focusing on generating high-quality leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales-Driven Lead Generation: Utilise a mix of phone, email, and social media to actively pursue and engage with high-value prospects. This role is sales-focused, using various channels to source and qualify leads.
Social Selling Mastery: Utilise LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to precisely target decision-makers in key sectors, aiming for an actionable network expansion rate week-on-week. Actively engage with content posted by potential leads and their companies, establishing initial contact and demonstrating industry expertise. Curate, and share industry-relevant content, positioning yourself and Baker Ing as thought leaders, and contributing to industry discussions and publications. Nurturing early-stage leads.
Direct Communications: Craft and execute direct messaging, tailored to each decision-maker's interactions with Baker Ing, while maintaining a 3:1 ratio of value-adding interactions to direct outreach efforts. Focus on creating a strong initial connection and laying the groundwork for future sales conversations.
Data Driven Approach: Use CRM tools like HubSpot to track and analyse the effectiveness of your lead generation strategies, ensuring a steady supply of qualified leads to the sales team.
Team Collaboration: Partner with sales and account management teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to closing deals.
Key Performance Indicators:
Number of qualified leads generated.
Conversion rate from leads to opportunities.
Engagement and response rates.
Effectiveness in using CRM tools for lead management and reporting.
Who We're Looking For:
BachelorÂ’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years experience in direct sales B2B lead generation, with strong results in social selling and traditional methods.
Proficiency in CRM software, and a talent for social media engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, collaborative professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.
A highly-ambitious, self-starter.
