Position Overview:
We are looking for skilled phlebotomists to provide on-site blood drawing and specimen collection services for our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will be highly professional, detail-oriented, and capable of maintaining a compassionate and reassuring demeanor while delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
1) Conduct on-site blood draws and specimen collections at various locations, including homes, offices, and community events.
2) Ensure proper identification and labeling of collected samples.
3) Adhere to strict safety and infection control protocols during all procedures.
4) Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient information and sample collection details.
5) Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of services.
6) Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications
1) Be a certified phlebotomist (or other individual whose scope of practice includes blood draws, urine collection, and nasal samples)
2) Have a valid state license, if required in your state
3) Strong knowledge of phlebotomy techniques and procedures
4) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5) Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
6) Familiarity with mobile healthcare service is a plus
7) Reliable transportation and a valid driverÂ’s license
