Responsibilities:

Close leads provided by the company through effective sales strategies.
Nurture client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic selling techniques.
Collaborate with the team to optimize sales processes and enhance customer experience.
Attend regular training sessions during the probation period to enhance skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, particularly in closing deals.
Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Quick thinking and ability to adapt to various client needs.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with virtual assistant services is a plus.
Compensation:
During the training period, the successful candidate will receive a base pay. Following the probation period, the compensation package will include a base pay plus commission on each successfully closed lead. This is a long-term position with ample opportunities for career growth.
