SetPoint ConsultantsÂ is a national staffing agency specializing in the Title, Mortgage, Legal, and Banking industries. We are currently looking for an experienced Escrow OfficerÂ to manage a branch of a growing Tampa title company. Candidate must have 5 plus years of current closing experience and also have managed a closing branch in recent times. A notary is also required.

We are searching for an energetic, customer-service-driven title professional who will help mentor staff and focus on delivering top-notch service to their clients. This is not purely a management position as the candidate will assist as needed in doc prep and closings. The candidate must also be able to clear title issues and work a file from A-Z.Â No book of business is required.

Salary is $115-117K/yr. plus monthly bonus and great benefits.

5 plus years of Title Closing experience
Florida Notary required
Superior interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong public speaking skills
Good computer and organizational skills
Title Branch management required- Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, provide updates, and foster teamwork

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $115,000.00 - $117,000.00 per year
