Position: Data Engineer


Type: Contract



Job Description:



Required Experience:

Main Skill: DBT, Redshift, AWS

· Strong SQL, DBT, Python, Spark/Pyspark, ThoughtSpot/Tableau,
Redshift, Data-Marts..

· 10 years of professional experience in software engineering,
data engineering, machine learning, or related field

· Data Engineers with Python/Spark, DBT Modeling and strong SQL.

· 6+ years of experience designing Data Warehouse, BI or Analytics
solutions

· Expert level proficiency in SQL, DBT.

· Experience with Reporting tools such as ThoughtSpot, Tableau etc
is a plus.

· Experience with Database such as Redshift, Snowflake etc

· Ability to write robust, maintainable, and extendable code in
Python

· Experience with cloud architecture and technologies, in
particular Amazon Web Services

· Good understanding and experience with BI/ETL processes

· Experience with agile development and test driven development

· Understanding of data structures, data modeling and software
architecture

· Business process acumen and ability to map processes to data
models and architectures

· Experience in dimensional modeling

· Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills

· Proven ability to deliver on commitments

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
