Position Overview:
We are offering a full-time on-site position for a Software Engineer based in Richland, WA. As a crucial member of our team, you will play a vital role in designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions aligned with our innovative technologies. Join our dynamic team that collaborates to create groundbreaking solutions, addressing the evolving needs of our clientele.
Our in-house software development primarily utilizes C/C++ as the development language for the embedded software in our instruments. Additionally, data acquisition, control software, and data analysis software for our research and development may be crafted in languages such as Python, C#, PHP, or Lua. We operate on both Windows and Linux-based systems for development and delivery, with occasional implementation of specialized functions in an FPGA.
Candidate Profile:
BachelorÂ’s or MasterÂ’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 yearsÂ’ experience in software development post-graduation.
Bonus points for experience with FPGA.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Solid background in Mathematics.
Proficiency in C/C++ programming is a prerequisite.
Desired experience in embedded software development.
Bonus points for experience in programming network applications.
