Accounting Supervisor
at Amici Foodservice Ventures Inc. in Manila
Job Description
• Maintains books of account of the company and ensures account balances are accurate.
• Supervises the general accounting and monitors the timely submission of accounting reports.
• Validates the accuracy of vouchers before presenting for payment.
• Ensures timely filing of mandatory requirements with the BIR.
• Guarantees all significant income, cost and expenses are properly recorded and generate a timely and accurate profit and loss report on a monthly basis.
• Performs reconciliation of intercompany balances on a quarterly basis.
• Monitors the progress of bank reconciliation report and the recording of unrecorded bank adjustments.
• Checks the accuracy of month-end inventory balances of stores/branches by overseeing the performance of actual inventory taking.
• Monitors the movement of collectibles to Third Party Delivery Partners.
• Performs other relevant functions that may be assigned by the Accounting Manager.
Job Specifications / Qualifications:
• Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is an advantage but not a requirement
• Must have at least three (3) years of supervisory working experience in General Accounting
• Experience in restaurant industry is an advantage
• Must be detailed and result oriented
• Must be able to effectively communicate to all levels of an organization both written and oral
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to perform under strict deadlines, can withstand work pressure
• Must have sound computer skills
• Must have an advance knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Must be willing to do fieldwork and overtime/extended work if needed or requested by the Manager
• Must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City
