Electronic Supplier Enablement needs 3–6 years of work experience
Electronic Supplier Enablement requires:
• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience, specifically in the area of electronic supplier enablement
• Ability to work under pressure and against deadlines
• Ability to work across different time zones and regions
• Flexibility to work in unfavorable hours to accommodate global partners? availability
• Ability to work autonomously
• Strategic thinker
• Ability to lead and drive results
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Must have experience with electronic procurement systems
• Prior experience with SAP Ariba is strongly preferred
• Experience with SAP Ariba competitors, such as Coupa, will be considered.
• Proficiency in Excel is required, and expertise in pivot tables and formulas is a plus.

Electronic Supplier Enablement duties:
Collect historical vendor and transactional data from both legacy companies and from all legacy ERP systems
Work with Accenture and Ariba to compile, assess and prioritize target vendors in each country
Coordinate with Accenture, Ariba, Procurement and vendors in every country and time zone to get them enabled on the Ariba Network
Develop supplier enablement policy and/or guidelines
Develop vendor communication strategies
Identify vendors for potential catalogs and electronic invoice enablement
Coordinate with Accenture, Ariba, Procurement, Accounts Payable and vendors to configure and test catalogs and electronic invoice enablement
