Duties & Responsibilities:
Create and test contract documentation within PlanIT in accordance with instructions provided and team processes
Manage projects within PlanIT in accordance with instructions provided and team processes
Liaise with Infotrack (PlanIT provider)
Completing project audits within PlanIT
Using conveyancing related software as/when required – ePortfolio and PlanIT
General administrative and clerical duties and ad hoc tasks relating to eContracts and/or PlanIT
Using Microsoft Word software process correspondence, legal documents and any other materials using the appropriate precedent, format and Firm style.
Collate processed documentation as required ensuring all attachments and relevant information is included in Adobe.

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Matric with a relevant legal qualifications or diploma will be an advantage
Must have 3-5 years similar experience
A high standard of typing, competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, ePortfolio, PlanIT and other relevant software programs
Knowledge of relevant processes and terminology as well as a good command of English vocabulary, grammar and punctuation
Legal knowledge of law, relevant processes and terminology required for a conveyancing transaction
High attention to detail & able to produce accurate high quality work in a timely manner
Be proactive and prioritise activities according to level of urgency
Ability to communicate effectively across all levels
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
Displays a professional approach and maintains Firm and client confidentiality at all times
Ability to handle pressure
