Job Description:
As a Talent Recruiter at our design firm, your core responsibility will be overseeing our recruitment process to ensure we have the right people to meet project demands efficiently and effectively. This includes sourcing, hiring, and supporting both temporary and long-term positions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Talent Identification: Skillfully locate and engage top design and creative talent through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Diverse Hiring: Source and hire independent contractors, part-time, or full-time employees, depending on project requirements.
• Resource Management Support: Collaborate with HR team members to facilitate the smooth onboarding and management of resources. This involves verifying candidate information and equipment, particularly internet connectivity.
• Interview and Verification: Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural alignment. Verify candidate information and equipment to ensure they meet our standards.
• Handle all essential documentation, contracts, and agreements pertinent to the recruitment and hiring procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, including forms like W-4 and I-9.
• Performance Management: Oversee and manage the performance of our recruits, ensuring they are meeting our standards and contributing to our projects effectively.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, particularly within the design or creative industry.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment regulations, and resource management.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organization and multitasking abilities, critical for a fast-paced environment.
• A strong commitment to creating a creative and productive workplace.
