About My WPs:
At My WPs (MyWPs) I do web design. I use mainly WordPress to create attractive websites. Since 2021, I worked and improved my experience in web design.

About Position:
I am looking for a creative marketer. This role is focused on helping build creative and innovative programs to acquire new customer leads and grow existing relationships – using email marketing, search engine marketing, digital content, phone calling, online meeting, vendor partnerships and optimizing organic strategies, etc.
What you will do:
Market research:
Identify new market opportunities (off market, new development projects Â…)
Obtain information and public records about product/service for sale
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Perform product demos to prospects.
Work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure they are achieving their goals with our products and services;
Identify upsell and contract renewal opportunities with existing customers;
Collect and analyze customer feedback to continually improve our products and services;
Ensure an “after-sales service”, in solving problems presented by customers;
Contacting new and existing customers via telephone and email, etc., identifying sales opportunities;
Consulting with clients to provide the best solution for their business goal and use existing client data to provide custom recommendations tailored to client goals;
Develop and execute lead generation strategies, including social media out reach.
Creation of content for marketing materials, such as website copy.
Optimize content following SEO best practices.
Create and maintain content and design on the website of clients (WordPress).
Research and analyze industry trends and customer insights to inform marketing decisions.
What you have:
Portuguese nationality / live in Portugal
Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Good listening and empathy skills;
Knowledge and Use a variety of tools including:
Good computer skills;
MS Office
Google Sheets, Google Meet, and other services from Google
Online meeting software: Skype, Zoom, MS Teams,Â…
Adobe tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Adobe Premier, After Effects
Social Media
Canva
Knowledge in software technologies and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
and others to research, communicate and sell to the customer.
Strong problem solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations.
Ability to work independently and as a team member and collaborate with others.
Sense of responsibility, organization and work method.
Pro-activity and permanent willingness to reinforce learning and skills;
You know digital marketing tactics, such as SEO, SEM, and social media.
You like to take responsibility and can work independently and in a team.
