Experienced Project Manager with cloud-based Financial Systems implementation experience needed (i.e. Oracle, SAP, etc.).

Will work closely with business systems teams, CFO, accounting, etc.

Should understand and managed financial system projects, implementations and rollouts.

Oracle Financials experience is a plus.



Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field. Project experience as an IT Project Manager or in a similar role, successfully delivering IT projects.

· Project Management Skills Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.

· Solid understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development process. Familiarity with various technology domains and trends.

· Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate team members, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts.

· exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior management.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address project issues and risks effectively. Ability to make informed decisions and adapt to changing circumstances.

· Organization and Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.4

· Proven ability to identify and mitigate project risks. Experience in developing risk management strategies and contingency plans.

· Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and technologies. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.



Certifications:

· Professional certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are highly desirable
