Full-time Hiring For Tele-sales Executive

at Percept Infosystem in Maharashtra

Position: Tele-sales Executive
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 0-6 months.
Location: Nagpur

Skills Required:
 A positive attitude
 listening skills
 Good communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
 Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone
systems

Roles/Responsibilities:
 Understanding the products and services offered by the company.
 Setting a sales target and developing a marketing strategy for the same.
 Updating the database with the entire customer's information.
 Creating monthly sales reports and presenting them to the Tele-sales Manager.
 Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
 Providing excellent customer service to the customers.
