Walking clients through application process; Set appointments with Client(s); Gather relevant financials and tax information from clients, such as clients' taxable income, allowances, and deductible expenses; Work with clients on their financial information and taxable income needs; Determine deductions to which the client may be eligible for; Prepare tax filings, to include: preparing tax returns for individuals, organizations, and businesses using significant knowledge of tax rules and regulations; Determine how much clients owe in taxes and how much clients overpaid in taxes; Work with clients to clarify tax-related concerns; Assist clients with complicated tax issues, providing guidance, and researching tax laws on important tax implications.

Requirements: 5-7 year(s) of relevant experience or similar role (Designated Enrolled Agent, CPA, Tax Attorney) Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, taxation, or legal studies (Required) / LLM or JD degree (Preferred) / IRS PTIN Authorization Certification (Required) / License (Preferred)

Desired Skills: Strong client relations with excellent oral/written communication skills; Excellent attention to detail; BA in Accounting and Finance, Business, and other related fields; Time management; Must possess financial management skills; Strong Knowledge of applicable tax laws and IRS settlement negotiation; legal or mobility license (a plus); Must be able to use tax preparation software; Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
