As the Warehouse Administrator you will be responsible for ensuring the administration process of stock and delivery is correctly managed. Attention to detail, reconciliation, and the ability to follow process is vital for success in this role.

Minimum Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration
Able to work comfortably in a team
Excellent computer literacy

Duties and Responsibilities:
Administering stock and proof of delivery.
Managing special collection order processes for collections and returns.
Managing outstanding PODs.
Passing credits and assisting with POD processing, including Batch to third-party data managers.
Preparing for, conducting, and verifying stock takes.
Investigating variances and fixing system comparison reports.
Resolving account queries.
Day-to-day liaison of returns, receiving, and despatch departments.
Liaise with Account Executives, Account Managers, and other depots.
System administration and housekeeping including outstanding transfers, in/out, and the like.
