Are you an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager looking for a new challenge? We are looking for an IT Manager to lead and oversee our client's IT operations. You will be responsible for managing a range of technical responsibilities, including VPNs, VoIP, internet connections, server administration, software and hardware maintenance, personnel management, and database management. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to IT management.

Minimum Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in IT management with a focus on the specified responsibilities.
Strong technical knowledge of VPNs, VoIP, server administration, and database management.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of IT security best practices.
Proactive and adaptable to technological advancements and industry trends.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain VPNs to ensure secure remote access to our network resources.
Manage our VoIP systems, ensuring seamless communication for the organization.
Oversee and optimize internet connections at various store locations.
Manage and maintain servers, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Oversee camera systems and related software for security and operational purposes
Develop and implement a maintenance schedule for both hardware and software components.
Supervise IT personnel, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required standards.
Establish and manage a ""ticketing"" system to track and resolve issues reported by store locations.
Possess a solid understanding of coding software to facilitate troubleshooting and support.
Ensure the integrity and performance of the MySQL database, keeping it clean and up to date.
