Waikiki Health is seeking a full time Youth Outreach Program Manager
Pay rate for this role is $2,500 to $2,834 per semi-monthly period
Schedule: M-F, 40 hour work week

The Youth Outreach Program Manager is responsible for supervising the day-to-day drop-in, outreach and clinic operations at YO! and works closely with the Director of PATH Clinic and Youth Outreach to ensure services are conducted with the highest level of efficacy, consumer satisfaction, and consistent with contract requirements. This role assists individuals needing services with program information, referrals, and eligibility requirements. Coordinates social service program outreach activities to communicate and raise awareness of services and resources available to the community. Essential functions are completed personally or by supporting staff.

Qualifications and abilities
● Bachelor's degree in social work, public health or related field or equivalent education, and 3-years related experience and to include supervising employees.
● Preferred experience in a medical or social services settings and experience with at risk-populations.
● Valid local state driver’s license
● BLS/CPR certification
● Familiar with navigating insurance for providers.
● Experience in rapid testing

General Duties include but are not limited to
● Data collection and entry as necessary for the program goals and outcomes.
● Supply management - Program supplies are adequately stocked.
● Payroll Administration - Reviews and signs completed timesheets, ensuring that they are accurate, signed by staff, and submitted to finance in a timely manner.
● Ensures company vehicle has current oil changes, safety checks, registrations, insurance, maintenance, and repairs.
● Responsible for alternative education and employment case management, GED/HiSET tutoring and testing assistance, community program referrals, and job preparedness.
● Other duties as assigned
