Key Responsibilities:

Sort and segregate recyclable materials according to established guidelines and best practices.
Operate machinery and equipment such as conveyors, balers, and forklifts to facilitate the recycling process.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure that materials meet specified standards for recycling.
Safely handle hazardous materials and follow proper disposal protocols.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and efficiency goals.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a recycling or waste management setting is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment and lift heavy objects as required.
Basic knowledge of recycling practices and waste segregation procedures is a plus.
Health and safety awareness, with the ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude towards environmental conservation.
Forklift or other relevant machinery certification is desirable.
