Key Responsibilities:

Process orders, returns, and exchanges in an efficient and timely manner.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings to assist customers effectively.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns.
Assist in maintaining accurate customer records and databases.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-focused approach.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.
Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry and computer applications.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A genuine interest in helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
