Provide exceptional nursing care to patients, adhering to best practices and maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assess patients' conditions to ensure optimal care.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Conduct thorough assessments, document patient information accurately, and maintain detailed records.
Educate patients and their families on healthcare plans, conditions, and self-care techniques.
Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and effective communication skills in all interactions.
Qualifications:

Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
Proven experience as an RGN in a clinical setting.
Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
