A leading IT services provider dedicated to delivering top-notch networking solutions and support is currently seeking a Mid-Level Network Technician to join our team in Pretoria North, if you are a skilled network professional with a passion for troubleshooting and providing excellent service, we want to hear from you! You will be primarily responsible for network-related tasks, with a secondary focus on server assistance and troubleshooting. You will work on-site to ensure the stability and efficiency of our clients' network infrastructures. This role requires a strong background in networking, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of on-site network technician experience
Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+)
Strong knowledge of networking protocols, routing, and switching
Experience with server administration is a plus
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
Resides in the Pretoria, Gauteng region

Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform network maintenance, upgrades, and configurations
Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions
Assist with server-related tasks, as needed
Conduct regular network assessments and audits
Collaborate with clients to understand their networking needs
Install and configure network hardware and software
Provide technical support to end-users and address their network-related concerns
Document network configurations, changes, and resolutions
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
