Virtual Connection is a staffing agency based in Ventnor, New Jersey, USA. Our mission is to provide cost effective employment measures all over the world. We’re seeking a highly motivated person to join our team and help us reach the next level in revenue and client service.

You, in a Nutshell: This position will work from home remotely. We are looking for people with a Sales and Recruitment background. You will reach out to business owners over the phone. We are looking for a virtual assistant who can assist with our lead generation efforts by cold calling people who have expressed an interest in hiring a Virtual Assistant for their company.

This position is $6/Hour + Commission.
Monday - Friday
Shifts are 8 hours each day following Eastern Time zone
We will train you for the position.

Skills Needed:

Know your way around a computer, the Internet, and using the software in general
You must have a dedicated home office free of distractions and noise.
You must have a great internet connection and a laptop or computer
You must be able to work consistently without supervision or interruption
Must be able to handle rejection well and move on
Proficiency in English is required
Have interpersonal skills, and be comfortable talking to and dealing with people – via phone, email, etc.
Previous sales experience and recruitment experience (is a plus)

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls through our dialing system to prospective business owners
Take notes and label each lead in our dialing system based on the outcome of the discussion.
Follow company-provided scripts to determine if each business owner would be interested in hiring a virtual assistant
Managing leads and following up with prospects in our company's CRM.
Trainer ( Job Ads Postings, Interviews, Training, Hiring, Onboarding Process, Client Communication, Etc)
Achieve a successful lead conversion rate and a high volume of deals.
Morning Email Informing of Days Plan
Evening Email with Recap of Finished Tasks
