Elriux is a leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company specializing in fintech, e-commerce, Web3, and crypto solutions. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our product team and help us continue to scale our innovative solutions.

Senior Product Manager (Product Lead)

Director of Product Management

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall direction.
- Inspire people through visionary thinking and foster a culture of innovation.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive revenue growth through product-led strategies.
- Lead the product management team in defining and prioritizing product roadmaps, features, and enhancements.
- Define and monitor key product metrics and performance indicators.
- Support the launch and refinement of product management processes and tools.
- Collaborate with teams outside of product, including engineering, marketing, customer success, support, and sales.
- Manage the product management budget, including resource allocation and investment decisions.
- Ensure that the product meets all legal and compliance requirements, especially in the fintech and crypto spaces.
- You’ll also identify segments of the market with the highest area opportunity, conduct customer interviews and develop use cases. In addition to working closely with the founders, product, and sales team you’ll develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and assist in building relationships with the most important players in the industry.
- Proven experience in Web3 and crypto sectors is required.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management.
- Proven experience in the fintech, e-commerce, Web3, and crypto sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in agile development methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in data analytics and performance metrics.
