Remote Digital Banking UAT Prod Mgr requires:
 Banking products experience - Consumer Online Banking
 Experience with UX testing of various online and mobile banking applications
 Experience with UAT & production testing and analysis Required
 Ability to identify branding, content, design and functionality issues Required
 Experience with end to end application testing from customer's prospective to identify anomalies Required
 Experience with reporting and running test scripts Required
 Experience working in financial services/JIRA/Dev Ops Desired
 Product management

Remote Digital Banking UAT Prod Mgr needs
 Tier III Contact Center Support/ UAT and Production Testing of Digital Banking Production and Services
 Contact Center production defect reporting and management.
 UX and UAT testing for defect and new services for Online Banking and Online New Account Opening - Production and Post Release testing of defects and new features for Online Banking and Online Account opening
 Provide Sign Off for Online Banking and New Account Opening releases
 Reporting, providing visibility on status against milestones and management deliverables
 Oversight and optimization of department policy and procedures
 Scheduled review Identifies where Process gaps are missing and finds solutions to close these gaps
 Documentation and tracking of testing records in compliance to audit expectations
 Communicates issue, status updates, to Contact Center leadership team


